Jaipur, 12 October : In a significant initiative aimed at promoting personal safety and empowerment, Jaipur Police organised a comprehensive self-defence workshop for female students and faculty members at Manipal University Jaipur. The event, held in the Smt. Sharada Pai Auditorium, provided participants with valuable tools to enhance their confidence and personal security.

During the workshop, expert trainers from Jaipur Police imparted essential self-defence strategies, focusing on techniques that could be applied in real-life situations. Participants were introduced to practical skills designed to protect themselves from potential threats, while also being taught the importance of mental preparedness in crisis scenarios. The session also included training on situational awareness, which is crucial for recognising and avoiding danger before it escalates.
